Enhance User Engagement and Retention with Conscent Outgoing Webhooks

This week, amid multiple other enhancements, we are launching an upgraded version of our Outgoing Webhooks! At Conscent empowering our partners with tools that simplifies their workflow and save effort is our topmost priority.

Conscent’s new Webhooks are powerful tools that enable you to export event-level and conversion-level data to take a diverse set of actions, allowing you to stay on top of the conversion funnel. With this feature upgrade, you will receive instant triggers about important events, allowing you to manage and respond effectively with no delay in accessing user-level data.

How Conscent Webhooks Benefit You:

#1 Real-time Notifications: Whenever there is a subscription purchase, a cart exit, a new user login, or a user drop offs at various levels, Conscent Webhooks immediately triggers to ingest data into your external CRM and/or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, CleverTap, MailChimp, Moengage, among several others.

#2 Personalized Campaigns: Armed with this real-time data, you can create your own dashboard, run targeted campaigns, and more. For instance, sending tailored emails, push notifications, or in-app messages to re-engage users based on their specific behaviors and interactions.

The Impact:

Strengthen Relationships: Address user concerns promptly with personalized campaigns, showing your readers you care about their experience.

Reduce Churn: By understanding and responding to user behaviors, you can reduce churn rates significantly.

Sustain Engagement: Keep users engaged and connected with your platform, ensuring they remain loyal and active participants.

Key components of Outgoing Webhook:

Webhook Listing Page

The Webhook Listing Page is your command centre for webhooks. Here, you can effortlessly manage your webhooks. Define where you want to receive the notifications by specifying the target URL. Track the total number of events linked to each webhook.
